Clients – Account Manager

Our Job is to work with the manager to understand the organization process to hire and walk with the manager hand in hand in that process until they feel comfortable they found the correct person for their role.

 

Communicates with the  Direct Hiring Manager we learn the personality traits and characteristics the new team member should have so they are equally important and cohesion in the group

 

Tello’s Agency makes sure the resumes profile falls within Clients expectations; both skill set and corporate culture. Our goal is for the candidate to follow thru on their commitment once they accept, start the job and meet/exceed expectations of the Manager.
